Inflatable Boat Information

All Rubber Duck inflatable boats are made from the highest quality 1,100 denier double PVC. This fabric is coated to ensure years of trouble free boating. The seams are handmade, four layered and cold welded for the best join possible. This is how we can give a 5 year warranty on the hull fabric and 3 years on the hull seams.

Outer PVC layer offers:

Internal high density polyester fabric offers:
Dimensional stability,
High tensile and tear strength.

	Abrasion Resistance The chemical formula of the outer layer of the PVC makes it abrasive resistant to 200* 170N/5cm(±20)		Extreme Temperature Stability The PVC is stable in a temperature range from -30 to +70ºC
	Chemical Resistance Strong resistance to Hydrocarbon, sunlight, salt water, oil & fuel, due to these properties the material is protected from fading & ageing.		Dimensional and Tensile Strength Dimensional stability ~ 1%(24hrs-70ºC) Tensile & Tear strength 3800*3550(±250)

Flooring Options

		Air Mat Floor
		The air mat floor is a clever design with thousands of polyester threads in a criss-cross pattern, when inflated to a high pressure this floor is as tough and as rigid as a conventional wooden floor yet is still light and comfortable, once deflated this floor can roll-up and be stored in in very tight spaces.

		Similar to the Air Mat floor but with a V-keel incorporated into the floor, this gives the boat the added benefits of a keel but still keeps the light weight of an air mat floor.

		Aluminum Floor
		The aluminum floor is easy to maintain with its exceptional resistance to all types of impact, this is the favorite type of floor for divers and fans of high performance boats. This floor can also be fitted and disassembled for quick and easy maintenance.
